Who is responsible

RockyCloud (hereafter, «we»), operator of the site rockycloud.cloud. Contact: ventas@rockycloud.cloud.

What data we collect

  • Data you give us in forms: name, company, phone, email address and the message or server configuration you send us.
  • Minimal technical data needed to run the site and prevent abuse: IP address and the date of each submission (used to rate-limit automated attempts).

What we use it for

  • Answering your quote request, contact request or sign-up for the waiting list.
  • Sending you commercial information about RockyCloud related to your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data. It is processed only by our sales team and by the technical providers that host the site and the email, under confidentiality obligations.

Where your data is processed

The site and the database that stores the form submissions are hosted on servers located in the United States, and email is processed on servers in the United States. By sending us your data you accept that international transfer. We apply the same protection measures wherever the data is processed.

How long we keep it

For as long as there is a commercial relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to ventas@rockycloud.cloud.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The calculator stores a technical cookie for 30 days to remember that you already left us your details, so it does not ask for them again.
